Charges:

• Tenant finder service                          : 10% + VAT of six months rent
• Management for UK based landlords     : 10% + VAT of the monthly rent
• Overseas resident landlords                 : 12% + VAT of the monthly rent
• Tenancy Agreement                            : £50.00 + VAT
